Tai Chi/Chi Kung Both of these therapies are performed in group work. Tai Chi has been described as a moving meditation. It provides a focus on something other than day to day issues, relaxing the mind whilst gently exercising the body. Chi Kung exercises are designed to promote physical health and well-being. |
