Intergenerational Projects Since 2003, Sefton O.P.E.R.A has engaged in innovative Intergenerational Projects, with support from local schools, Extended Schools and older person’s establishments. The projects bring the young and not so young together, to benefit both age groups, breaking down barriers and false perceptions. |

Addressing Stress in Schools Both students and staff can experience stress in the school environment. We look to provide relief for the symptoms of stress and to teach skills on how to manage the stress that they are experiencing. |
