Sefton Older Persons Enabling Resource & Action (O.P.E.R.A) is a dynamic voluntary organisation with a professional approach. Working mainly in Sefton, North Merseyside, our teams of volunteers deliver a variety of services to benefit the health & well-being of local older persons. These activities stimulate the mind and body, which helps to address the significant problem of depression in later years. We also run successful, innovative projects in Hospitals and Schools and are constantly developing new initiatives. We provide teams of therapists for Corporate Events and can deliver Training packages for other organisations. People ask – “What does O.P.E.R.A do?” We reply—“Wonderful things!” |
